Rates
Insurance Clients:
Phoenix Behavior Services, LLC accepts Medicaid Home and Community Waiver (MedWaiver), the Family
Supporting Living Waiver (FSL Waiver or "Little Waiver"), and the Familial Dysautonomia Waiver Insurance. Please
contact your support coordinator for a referral to behavior analysis services. We do not accept direct referrals from
clients--your support coordinator must initiate the referral process.
Please note that we do not accept standard Medicaid.
Non-Insurance Clients:
Rates for behavior analysis services range from $60 to $105 per hour, depending on the client's location and the behavior
analyst used.

The number of hours per week necessary for effective services will depend on the needs of the client, the type of behavior,
and its severity. Frequency of meetings ranges from 1-2 hours/week to 40 hours/week. Your behavior analyst will discuss
with you the appropriate number of hours of service per week during your initial session.
